The Role
This role owns the end-to-end execution of Speed Radio's software development lifecycle.
You will be responsible for translating product priorities into executable plans, driving engineering delivery, coordinating releases, and ensuring that work moves efficiently from idea to production.
You will work closely with engineering, QA, product, and ML teams to establish clear priorities, manage dependencies, resolve bottlenecks,



and maintain accountability across the development process.
We are looking for someone with robust technical understanding, structured execution, and a high ownership mindset. Someone who doesn't simply track progress but actively drives outcomes, anticipates problems, and ensures the team delivers what it commits to.

What You Will Own:
Engineering Delivery & Sprint Management
• Own sprint planning, scope definition, task prioritization, and delivery commitments.
• Translate product requirements into actionable engineering plans with clear owners and timelines.
• Ensure tasks are appropriately estimated, dependencies are identified, and workloads are realistic.
• Track sprint progress, identify slippages early, and take corrective action.
• Ensure every task has a clear owner, expected outcome, and completion criteria.
