rovement.Role Description The Manager Facilities Administration is a full-time, on-site role based at Narayana Group of Schools in Kalimpong-II. This position oversees day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repair coordination, safety compliance, and housekeeping standards across the school premises. The role involves managing vendor relationships, supervising support staff, and ensuring classrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces are functional, protected,



and well-maintained. The manager will track facility-related budgets, monitor inventory and utilities, and prepare regular reports for school leadership. The role also includes handling facility-related queries, supporting events and examinations with logistical arrangements, and ensuring a positive experience for students, staff, and visitors.
