Role Description The School Administrator at Miracle Minds is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for overseeing daily school operations, including managing schedules, coordinating therapy and educational programs,



and ensuring smooth communication among staff, parents, and external partners. The School Administrator will handle admissions-related tasks, maintain student records, support lesson planning logistics, and help align educational activities with the center’s holistic development goals. This role also involves supervising administrative staff, supporting educators and therapists with resource needs, monitoring compliance with policies and regulations, and contributing to a welcoming, organized workplace for children and families.
