Key Skills: Saviynt, Operations, IGA (Identity Governance & Administration), JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead Saviynt IGA operations, production support, incident triage, and resolution for L2 and L3 issues within defined service levels.
• Configure and support access certification, review, approval, and remediation processes for connected and disconnected applications.
• Onboard standard applications using Saviynt out-of-the-box connectors and support identity governance integrations.
• Identify operational gaps and automate repetitive manual activities to improve service quality and reduce ticket volumes.
• Act as a technical SME, mentor junior security analysts, maintain operational updates, and support workstream tracking.

Skills Required:
• 6 - 15 years of relevant experience in identity governance, cybersecurity operations, or security engineering, including substantial hands-on Saviynt experience.




• Hands-on expertise in Saviynt implementation, solution design, deployment, configuration, and operations support.
• Solid understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes, access governance, application onboarding, and access certification.
• Proven experience managing production incidents, problem records, service restoration, and L2/L3 support activities within SLA targets.
• Experience supporting operational automation, technical documentation, runbooks, playbooks, architecture documents, and standard operating procedures.

Good to Have:
• Experience with Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
