The Role

We're not hiring for a lane. We're hiring an HR all-rounder.

You'll be one of the people rebuilding Softlink's People function. That means you'll work across the full employee journey: bringing outstanding people in, helping them grow, keeping the core running without a slip, and redesigning how all of it works as we scale.

Some weeks you'll be closing a tough tech hire. Others, you'll be running an appraisal cycle, untangling a payroll query, or presenting a new career framework to our CEO. You'll own the day to day and the big builds side by side, and work directly with our CEO, CGO and Chief of Staff with no layers in between.

If you've done a bit of everything in HR and want a role that uses all of it, this is that role.

What You'll Do
- Run the core, end to end: hiring, onboarding, payroll with our compliance partners, benefits, appraisals and quarterly reviews,



employee relations and exits. The basics, done well, every time.
- Partner the business: be the person managers come to for people decisions, policy calls and quick, clear answers.
- Build what doesn't exist yet: career paths, engagement that goes beyond events, onboarding people remember, and a people dashboard leadership actually uses.
- Put AI to work: find the repetitive parts of HR and automate them, from screening and policy queries to reviews and reporting.
- Drive projects with leadership: spot the problem, write the proposal, get it approved, build it, launch it, and track whether it worked.
- Keep it all running at once: the projects never come at the cost of the basics.
