Role Description The Sales Executive role at Bioapps SW LLP is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru North, with flexibility for some work from home. The Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and closing deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, responding to inquiries, following up on leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales metrics, updating CRM records, and preparing regular reports on pipeline, forecasts, and market feedback. The Sales Executive will collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, identify new opportunities,



and support business growth in target segments.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess skills in scientific relationship building and negotiation, including lead follow-up, objection handling, and closing sales.
• Candidates should possess skills in basic sales operations such as CRM usage, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
• Candidates should possess skills to understand customer needs analysis to identify opportunities and tailor solutions.
• Bachelor’s /Masters degree in Life Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior Sales experience ini scientific sales is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a hybrid work environment in Bengaluru North.
