The role will entail:
• Following our SOP to list products on our back end
• Handle and process all orders on our website
• Understand Suspire Terminal and onboard vendors
• Be the POC for multiple vendors on our marketplace, + 3PL and other 3rd parties.
• Follow up with vendors of order fulfilments

Requirements:




• You must speak fluent English
• You must understand and know how to operate MS Office properly
• You must have good communication and organisation skills
• Should be eager to learn about platforms such as Shopify, Freshworks, Ship Rocket, etc.
• You must be able to multi - task and not be fazed by tight deadlines
• Punctuality and organisation is a must
