Role Description The Bid Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end bid and proposal activities for E SQUARE’s technology and digital transformation projects. This full time,



on-site role based in Bhubaneswar involves coordinating bid preparation, managing bid timelines, and ensuring compliance with client and internal requirements. The Bid Manager will work closely with sales, technical, finance, and legal teams to gather inputs, structure proposals, and produce clear, compelling bid documents. Daily tasks include analyzing tender documents, defining win themes, developing bid strategies, overseeing documentation quality, and maintaining bid process standards and repositories. The role also requires tracking bid outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to continuous enhancement of bid management practices.
