Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

- Remote chance and must be willing to work in chat support with Patients and provide resolution and comfortable to work in Rotational shift

Key Responsibilities

- Provide real-time medical consultation via live chat on eye health and vision-related concerns
- Guide patients on vision correction procedures such as LASIK, SMILE, and other refractive treatments
- Offer pre-operative and post-operative care instructions
- Identify high-risk or urgent cases and escalate as per defined SOPs
- Document patient interactions accurately in internal systems
- Follow clinical protocols, quality benchmarks, and performance metrics
- Always maintain patient confidentiality and data privacy

Qualifications & Skills

- B.Optom or equivalent degree in Optometry




- Valid registration / certification as applicable
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in a chat-based consultation model
- Ability to handle multiple patient conversations efficiently
- Willingness to work rotational shifts including night shifts
