**India T&M; Special Bonus:** **Oracle Fusion HCM BICC & Reporting Consultant** We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM BICC & Reporting Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in BI Cloud Connector (BICC), HCM reporting and data extraction. Key Responsibilities & Skills + Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with good understanding of HCM data structures and business processes. + Hands-on experience with Oracle BI Cloud Connector (BICC) for extracting bulk data from Oracle Fusion Cloud. + Experience in identifying and configuring appropriate BI View Objects (BIVOs) for HCM data extraction. + Strong experience in configuring, scheduling, monitoring and troubleshooting BICC data extracts. + Experience with full and incremental data extraction, including handling extract failures and data reconciliation. + Strong hands-on experience in BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI and HCM Extracts. + Ability to develop and support complex HCM reports,



extracts and data feeds based on business requirements. + Good knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation and troubleshooting. + Experience working with HCM areas such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation and Talent Management would be advantageous. + Experience integrating BICC extracts with data warehouses, OAC/ADW or other downstream reporting/analytics platforms would be preferred. + Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, HDL/HSDL and OIC would be an added advantage. + Experience supporting SIT, UAT, production deployment and post-production support. + Robust analytical, troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
