Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Package Consultant for SAP HANA FIN PS-Capital Accounting, you will guide business stakeholders through the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Project System capabilities. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver functional solutions that meet business requirements, with a focus on solution delivery and embedding governance and controls. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Conducting Workshops: Leading Fit-to-Standard workshops to translate business requirements into functional solutions. - Defining Process Flows: Configuring system functionality and defining process flows to support capital accounting processes. - Configuring System Functionality: Ensuring integration with related modules such as MM, CO, and Investment Management. - Driving Testing: Driving testing, data migration, and user enablement while embedding governance and controls for audit readiness.



**Required technical and professional expertise** - SAP S/4HANA Finance: Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities, including configuration and implementation of financial processes. - Project System Knowledge: Experience working with Project System (PS) capabilities to support capital accounting processes. - Capital Accounting: Understanding of capital accounting processes, including asset capitalization, depreciation, and compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards. - System Integration: Exposure to integrating SAP modules such as MM, CO, and Investment Management. - Automation and Reporting: Experience with automating processes and delivering real-time reporting to improve financial transparency and optimize capex management. **Preferred technical and professional experience** - Additional SAP Modules: Exposure to other SAP modules such as HR or Logistics - Advanced Reporting Tools: Experience with advanced reporting tools to improve financial transparency - Data Migration Tools: Familiarity with data migration tools to support data transfer and integration IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
