- MASTER IN POWER PACK ASSEMBLY - MUST REQUIRED SKILL- To ensure production/Integration under strict safety norms- Expertise in Hydraulic systems- Expertise in Transmission & Engine- Should be able to understand production/integration drawing & give related instruction to workmen- Ensure production according to Drawing & Procedures- Should be able to maintain discipline among workmen and meet target as per CCPM- Leadership skills- Positive interpersonal skills- Able to work with people, should have good communication skills- written & verbal- Ensure material full kit before starting of activity- Prepare plan along with business partner to meet target dates- Daily, weekly & monthly monitoring of work progress- Ensure usage of PPE for self and workmen in shop- Able to work in shifts and handle shifts individually- Familiar with MS office, CCPM, MS project- Able to prepare shop performance data on monthly basis- Root cause analysis skill
