Job Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in Core Internal Audit, Risk Advirosy and a good understanding of Internal Financial Controls (IFC). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in conducting internal audits, evaluating internal controls, identifying risks, and recommending process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end internal audits across business functions, including finance, accounts, operations, and other key processes.

• Develop audit plans, prepare audit programs, and perform risk-based internal audits.

• Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal financial controls (IFC).

• Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and potential financial and operational risks.

• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting observations, risks, root causes, and recommendations.





• Assess compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, company policies, and internal procedures.

• Coordinate with process owners and management to discuss audit findings and track closure of audit observations.

• Perform risk assessments, test internal controls, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Support IFC documentation, control testing, and remediation of identified control deficiencies.

• Work closely with finance and business teams to strengthen internal controls and improve governance.

Required Skills:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.

• Solid hands-on experience in Core Internal Audit.

• Good exposure to IFC (Internal Financial Controls) & Risk Advisory

• Experience in risk assessment, audit planning, process reviews, and preparation of audit reports.
