As an Account Executive APAC, you will drive revenue growth by developing strategic sales opportunities and helping hospitality businesses modernize their operations through innovative technology. You will own a sales quota across the Asia-Pacific region, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing. Working closely with regional sales leadership, marketing, and product teams, you will build strong relationships with hotel owners, general managers, and operational decision-makers. You will combine deep hospitality industry knowledge with a consultative, commercially focused approach to demonstrate the value of integrated hotel technology solutions. Accountabilities

• Own and consistently achieve sales quotas across the APAC territory, focusing on larger, more complex, and strategically important opportunities.

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement through discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract closure.

• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by combining inbound leads with proactive outbound prospecting, industry events, networking, and regional roadshows.

• Lead consultative and technically informed sales conversations with hotel owners, general managers, operations leaders, revenue managers, and other hospitality decision-makers.

• Understand each property's operational workflows, business challenges, technology infrastructure, and commercial objectives to recommend relevant solutions.
