Role

Summary: As a member of the COO L&D; Global Functional Training Team, the TA Associate Training Consultant will work collaboratively with team members to deliver training solutions to the assigned business unit.



Under general direction the Training Consultant will assist with defining learning solutions that support the functional requirements. The Training Consultant role involves designing, delivering functional training solutions, analyses solutions for continuous improvement and undertakes appropriate operational and administrative aspects of the training curriculum.

Principal Responsibilities

Associate Consultant
• Under general supervision , responsible for administering the training plans and programs necessary to fulfill the needs for corporate or specific business unit (TA) groups.

• Prepares general lessons plans relevant to training materials.

• Identifies business needs and designs general training programs for the stakeholders

• Conducts and facilitates training programs for corporate or specific business unit groups

• Analyzes course evaluations to determine effectiveness of training sessions and to recommend/implement improvements
