Role Description The Guest Relations Executive – Spa is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for delivering a welcoming and seamless experience to all guests. This role involves greeting and checking in guests, managing reservations and appointment schedules, and handling reception desk operations such as phone and walk-in inquiries. The Guest Relations Executive coordinates with spa therapists and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery,



timely room readiness, and accurate billing. Day-to-day tasks include providing information about treatments, promoting spa services and membership packages, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining a calm, professional atmosphere in the reception and waiting areas. The role also requires adherence to brand standards, accurate record-keeping, and continuous focus on guest satisfaction and repeat visits.
Qualifications
• Robust Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and personalized experience.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Experience with Sales and upselling spa services, packages, and memberships to meet revenue goals.
