Key Responsibilities :• Understand how our teams work (operations, CRM, marketplace listing, HR) and identify tasks that can be automated
• Build and maintain automated workflows using scripts, APIs and no-code/low-code tools
• Design and develop internal apps, dashboards and tools to replace manual sheets and follow-ups
• Connect different systems (Google Sheets, CRM, marketplaces, WhatsApp and email) so data flows automatically
• Set up automatic reports, alerts and reminders
• Test, fix and document every automation, and train team members to use it
• Monitor running automations and fix failures quickly
