The Sr. Executive - HRBP will act as a strategic and operational partner to business teams, supporting end to end HR processes including employee lifecycle management, performance management, engagement and Hr operations. The role requires strong stakeholder management, problem-solving ability and execution excellence.

Responsibilities

1) Business Partnering
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and line managers on HR-related matters
• Partner with business teams to understand manpower needs and organizational challenges

Coordinate and support end to end recruitment process
