About the Role
mPokket is looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to strengthen and manage its regulatory compliance framework. The role will oversee regulatory reporting, RBI regulatory change management, digital-lending compliance, AML/KYC, and compliance monitoring and testing to support adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will bring robust NBFC or fintech compliance experience, sound regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work cross-functionally to translate regulatory requirements into effective controls and processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Maintain the Board-approved compliance framework and policies, manage RBI regulatory returns and submissions, and maintain compliance calendars, registers, and records.
• Regulatory Change Management: Track RBI circulars, directions, and regulatory updates, assess their applicability,



and coordinate implementation across relevant teams.
• Digital-Lending Compliance: Monitor adherence to the RBI Digital Lending framework, including LSP/DLA arrangements, Key Fact Statements (KFS), customer interfaces, due diligence, and outsourcing requirements.
• AML/KYC & PMLA: Support AML/KYC compliance programmes, assist the Principal Officer with applicable FIU-IND reporting, and help identify and assess suspicious or fraudulent financial activity.
• Compliance Monitoring & Testing: Conduct compliance reviews, sample transactions and processes, document findings, and ensure corrective actions are tracked through closure.
• Risk Assessment & Governance: Assess compliance risks across products and processes, support regulatory inspections and audits, and maintain policies and standard operating procedures.
• Stakeholder Management: Advise business teams on compliance requirements for new products and processes, and coordinate
