About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and culturally attuned leader to head Collaborations & Drops at Ethos. This role will be responsible for conceptualizing, securing, and executing high-impact brand collaborations, limited-edition launches, and cultural “drop” moments that elevate brand desirability, drive engagement, and unlock current audiences.
The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with creative instinct, has a strong network across luxury, fashion, culture, and entertainment, and understands how to build hype-driven yet brand-consistent launches.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaboration Strategy
• Define and lead Ethos’ collaboration roadmap across luxury, fashion, design, and culture
• Identify and secure partnerships with brands, designers, artists, and cultural influencers
• Build long-term strategic alliances that enhance brand equity and relevance

2. Drops & Limited Editions
• Conceptualize and execute exclusive product drops, capsule collections, and limited-edition releases




• Work closely with brand partners and internal merchandising teams to co-create unique offerings
• Develop hype-building strategies (teasers, waitlists, exclusivity mechanics)

3. Go-to-Market & Campaign Execution
• Partner with marketing, digital, retail, and PR teams to launch integrated campaigns
• Own end-to-end execution—from ideation to launch and post-drop analysis
• Ensure consistent storytelling across all consumer touchpoints

4. Cultural & Trend Leadership
• Stay ahead of global and local trends in luxury, streetwear, and culture-driven commerce
• Translate cultural moments into relevant brand activations
• Position Ethos as a leader in curated, high-impact collaborations

5. Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
• Lead negotiations, contracts, and relationship management with partners
• Collaborate with internal teams including buying, retail, CRM, and e-commerce
• Manage external agencies and creative partners
