Job Description
The Social Media Manager will own Param Foundation’s social media presence across platforms, driving content planning, execution, community engagement, and growth for the Foundation, its centres, programmes, events, and initiatives. The role will work closely with the Marketing, Creative, Academy, Programme, and other internal teams to translate brand, programme, and campaign objectives into engaging social media content that builds awareness, drives engagement, and supports business and visitor goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage the social media strategy and content calendar for Param Foundation and its various initiatives, centres, programmes, and events.
2. Create and curate engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
