Job Overview

Infinity Learn, an edtech venture backed by Sri Chaitanya’s 36+ years of educational expertise, is looking for agile, enthusiastic, and target-driven Inside Sales Associates to join its B2B Lead Generation Team under the K-12 Education Program Division.

The role focuses on B2B sales, school partnerships, lead generation, stakeholder relationship management, student enrolment, and the execution of offline Olympiad examinations.

The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying and onboarding schools, building relationships with school management and educators, increasing student participation, and ensuring the successful execution of the FREE SCORE / Genius Olympiad.





This is a Work From Office role based in Bengaluru, with mandatory field visits to assigned schools as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Sales & School Relationship Management
- Identify, approach, and onboard schools for educational programs and offline Olympiads.
- Build and maintain relationships with Principals, Vice Principals, School Owners, Coordinators, Teachers, and Administrators.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to presentations, school onboarding, and follow-ups.
- Conduct meetings, webinars, and program demonstrations for school authorities.
- Drive school registrations and maximize student participation in Olympiad programs.
- Achieve the monthly target of 2,000+ student prelims from Grades 6–12.

2. Olympiad Execution & Field Operations
- Conduct field visits to assigned schools and coordinate examination arrangements.
