Role Description The Business Development Manager role at KYROS B2B is a full-time, in office position based in Pune. This role focuses on identifying and engaging new B2B clients,



nurturing qualified prospects, and expanding relationships with existing accounts to drive revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will perform daily tasks such as researching target markets, developing outreach strategies, conducting discovery calls and sales presentations, and managing opportunities through the sales pipeline. The role includes collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to align client expectations, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth handover to operations. The Business Development Manager will also track performance metrics, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular forecasts and reports to leadership.
Qualifications
