Trainee – B2B Strategy
What this role is
Clevertize B2B Tech builds campaigns, films and solves marketing problems for enterprise and B2B tech brands.
It’s a generalist seat. You won’t be a specialist in anything for the first six months.
You’ll be the person who figures things out with us along the way to find your niche.
What you’ll do in the first 90 days
• Research - Help the team with the most critical information before calls, pitches, conversations which will help them make or break the deal
• Build impactful decks and proposals, and be in the room while it’s being discussed with CXOs globally
• Run project: timelines, dependencies, follow-ups, the thing everyone forgot
• Write the most effective notes, briefs and recommendations that someone can act on without asking you a question

What we’re actually hiring for:
• Research approach.

You decide what to look for before you look. You know when to stop.
• Logic. No blind execution. You understand the why and what of it, apply logic to all tasks before initiation.
• Presentation. You can create a deck which explains the idea to a CFO and an engineer with absolute clarity and purpose.
• Project planning. Realistic sequencing. Specific risks, not generic ones.
• Speed of learning. You understand quickly and apply it the same day.

Who you are
• Engineering, tech or science degree. MBA is a plus, not a requirement.
• Fresher or up to 1 years’ experience.
• Bonus: You’ve been part of your college event management committee, a marketing club, a startup intern, a fest organiser.
