About the RoleMaywood Interiors is looking for an experienced Head – Sales & Marketing to take complete ownership of the Company's sales and marketing function in Bengaluru.
This is a senior leadership and revenue-ownership role. The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing teams, achieving company revenue targets, building a strong sales pipeline, improving conversions and developing B2B and channel relationships.
IMPORTANT: INTERIOR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORYThe candidate should currently be working, or have recently worked, in a similar sales leadership position with an interior design, modular interiors or complete home interiors company in Bengaluru.
Candidates without relevant interior-industry experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities• Take complete ownership of Maywood's monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Lead, manage and develop the complete Sales & Marketing team.
• Set individual and team targets and conduct regular performance reviews.




• Manage the complete sales funnel from Lead → Consultation → Experience Centre Visit → Design/Quotation → Negotiation → Booking.
• Improve lead conversion and sales productivity across the organization.
• Personally support the team in high-value and difficult closures.
• Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
• Take ownership of lead generation and overall marketing performance.
• Monitor digital marketing, field marketing, referrals, Experience Centre marketing and other lead-generation channels.
• Measure marketing performance based on qualified leads, conversions, customer acquisition cost and revenue generated.
• Oversee sales performance across Maywood Experience Centres.
• Develop B2B business through architects, interior designers, contractors, builders and strategic partners.
• Ensure strong CRM discipline and accurate reporting through Maywood Project Studio.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop the sales team.
