? Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell HVAC products, particularly heat pumps, to industrial and commercial customers.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through online research, networking, industry events, and other channels.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to identify recent business opportunities.
• Cold Calling: Connect with prospective customers, introduce our products, and schedule business meetings.
• Customer Site Visits: Visit client locations to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• MIS & Reporting:



Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, leads, and market intelligence.
• Sales Presentations: Use MS Office to prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and other sales documents.
• Target Achievement: Meet sales targets, manage multiple opportunities, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in HVAC products and heat pumps. Candidates with more than 3 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of HVAC, heat pumps, ceramics, and plumbing products.
