• Preferable additional certifications: FRM / CFA / CQF / Actuarial / CA
• Preferred geography of previous work experience: India / Europe / Middle-East / APAC / US
• Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English
• Application experience preferable: MS Excel, VBA, SQL, PowerPoint, Python, R, and / or other industry leading risk systems for ICAAP, ERM and model risk management

Key responsibility areas:
• Assist in delivery of advisory and system implementation engagements with leading banks,financial institutions, NBFCs,insurance companies and corporates coveringareas such as Credit risk, ERM, ICAAP, Basel II / III, model risk management, stress testing, capital adequacy assessment etc.




• Demonstrate strong functional understanding of subjects covering areas such as Credit risk, financial risk management, non-financial risk management, ERM, ICAAP, Basel II / III, model risk management etc. directly interface with clientele during engagements.
• Support and drive day-to-day execution of assignedclient projects.
• Support in hiring and mentoring initiatives to expand and upskill execution and delivery team for engagements
• Support in design, updating and monitoring of detailed projectplans for assignedengagements
• Directly report and provide detailed updates to project managers / project directors for all assigned engagements on an on-going basis
• Actively support and participate in designing proposals, RFP responses and pitches for business development pursuits
