The Director will be responsible for ensuring that the institution maintains the highest standards of academic quality, discipline, innovation, and student development. 1. Strategic Leadership and Institutional Development

• Ensure that teaching methodologies align with international best practices.
• Monitor academic performance and introduce initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Encourage research, innovation, and professional development among faculty members.

3. Admissions & Student Enrolment
• Take ownership of the institution's admission and student-enrolment targets.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase student admissions.
