Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective partners and clients, supporting lead generation campaigns, and conducting market research to discover new business opportunities in the EdTech and corporate training space.



The associate will prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, assist in pitch meetings, and contribute to proposals that align Cornixe’s offerings with client needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams on partnership execution, and supporting outreach activities such as calls, emails, and events. The role also requires consistent follow-up with leads, nurturing relationships, and providing feedback to refine Cornixe’s services and go-to-market strategies.
