? Key Responsibilities• Coordinate with students regarding documentation, placements, and interview schedules.
• Create and manage student profiles on Naukri.com and apply for suitable job opportunities.
• Conduct mock HR interviews and coordinate technical mock interviews.
• Assist students with resume building and interview preparation.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Schedule interviews and support the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation.





? Requirements• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; an HR background is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals is an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and good organizational skills.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
