Role Description The Business Development Executive role at XpressEdu is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including prospects in educational institutions, corporate training, and strategic partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting XpressEdu’s offerings to potential partners. The Business Development Executive will manage and grow accounts, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, prepare proposals and pitch decks, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support client onboarding and ongoing relationships. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering client feedback, and providing input to enhance services and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
• Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and build a qualified pipeline.




• Solid understanding of business and commercial concepts, including revenue growth, client value, and market positioning.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interaction.
• Experience in account management, with the ability to nurture relationships, address client needs, and support renewals and upselling.
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in education, edtech, training, or related service industries.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, productivity tools, and basic data analysis to track performance and create reports.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
