SM Networks & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a strategic Associate Director – Sales – BFSI to lead business growth across the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector by developing strategic customer relationships, identifying large-scale IT and cybersecurity opportunities, and driving enterprise sales across key BFSI accounts.

If you have 10–15 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, strategic account management, or technology sales, with strong BFSI industry knowledge and expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, and large enterprise deals, this could be your next leadership chance.

What You’ll Lead

• BFSI business development & sales strategy
• New customer acquisition across banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, fintechs, payment companies, and financial institutions
• Strategic account management & account growth
• CXO, CIO, CISO, CTO, procurement, IT and business stakeholder engagement
• Revenue,



profitability & sales target ownership
• Large deal & enterprise sales
• Sales pipeline, forecasting & opportunity management
• Commercial negotiations, proposal discussions & contract closure
• Cross-selling and upselling within existing BFSI accounts
• Customer solution discussions, presentations, POCs & workshops
• OEM & technology partner collaboration
• Joint account planning & GTM initiatives
• Market intelligence, competitor analysis & whitespace identification
• Sales governance, reporting & pipeline reviews
• Cross-functional coordination with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Alliances and Operations

What We’re Looking For

• 10–15 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, strategic account management, or technology sales
• Strong and proven experience in selling to BFSI customers is mandatory
