Team Lead — Sales Lead a team of sales executives on PCD franchise sales — distributor enquiries, conversion, orders and collections.

What the role involves
• Lead and train the sales executives handling PCD franchise enquiries
• Set weekly and monthly targets for the team and review them
• Help the team close larger distributor enquiries
• Follow orders, collections and after-sales with the team
• Report team sales to management

What we are looking for
Qualification: Graduate preferred
Experience: 5+ years in PCD pharma franchise sales, including handling a sales team.



Only candidates with PCD pharma franchise experience will be considered.
