Role Description The Career Development Executive (Freshers) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the executive will guide learners on suitable career paths, explain available programs, and help them align their academic background with practical skill-building opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include counseling learners via in-person meetings or calls, answering queries about courses and internships,



and supporting them through enrollment and onboarding processes. The executive will collaborate with internal teams to share learner feedback, participate in career-oriented webinars or workshops, and maintain accurate records of learner interactions. The role involves meeting engagement and conversion targets while providing empathetic, learner-focused support.
