Experience: 1-2 Years

Prasad AgroVita is looking for a Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure efficient, hygienic, and quality-driven production of our organic food products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production, manpower, and production schedules.
- Ensure product quality, hygiene, and food-safety standards.
- Monitor raw materials, inventory, wastage, production costs.
- Supervise machinery, maintenance, packaging, and dispatch coordination.
- Maintain production records and achieve daily/monthly targets.
- Train and manage production staff and improve operational efficiency.
Preferred: Experience in food manufacturing, solid leadership and problem-solving skills, and basic computer knowledge.
