We are looking for a results-driven client servicing professional with expertise in managing client relationships, driving strategic advertising projects, and maximizing account growth for leading brands. Skilled in cross-functional coordination, client retention, and delivering data-backed marketing solutions that achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Own day-to-day management of client projects across advertising and content production.
• Act as the key point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring transparent communication and strong service standards.
• Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal marketing members, designers, QA, and delivery teams.
• Manage timelines, priorities, scope changes, and project milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure efficient workflow across multiple concurrent projects.
• Maintain trackers, schedules, project documentation, and status updates with high accuracy.
• Ensure quality control and compliance before final delivery to clients.




• Identify delivery risks early and proactively solve issues or escalate where required.
• Support commercial hygiene, including estimates, PO tracking, billing inputs, and scope adherence.
• Build trusted working relationships with clients through responsiveness, ownership and consistency.

Requirements:
• 8-10 years of experience in account management with ad agency.
• Strong understanding of localization from the business operations side.
• Able to manage multiple projects/tasks at once.
• Significant experience with MS Office is mandatory.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams of art workers, developers, and other staff.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, innovative, and keen to learn new skills.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
