Erdsonne Services is expanding, and we are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team for remotely work anywhere from India.
If you understand the unique challenges businesses face with accounting, tax, and financial advisory, and you know how to position the right solutions to help them thrive, we want to talk to you.
? What You’ll Do:
• Drive firm growth by identifying and qualifying new B2B leads through proactive outreach and networking.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to proposal and closing.
• Partner with our CPAs and financial advisors to present tailored solutions to CEOs, founders, and operations managers.
• Build and nurture a strong network of strategic referral partners (attorneys, bankers, etc.).

? What You Bring:




• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (with at least 2 years in skilled services, accounting, or FinTech).
• A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial decision-makers.
• A proactive, "hunter" mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
