Senior Manager – US Sales Recruiter
Location: Anywhere in India
Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on US Sales Recruiter with proven experience sourcing and hiring sales professionals for the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment for US sales roles, including Business Development Executives, Account Executives, Sales Directors.
• Strong hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search,



and other recruitment channels.
• Identify and engage passive candidates across the US market.
• Partner with US hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation, and competitor talent pools.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in US recruitment, specifically sales hiring.
• Strong sourcing expertise and experience hiring mid-to-senior-level sales professionals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
• Willingness to work in US business hour
