Position - Store & Procurement Executive
Experience- 1–2 years
Location - Jaipur, Rajasthan

Eco Mitra Tablewares Pvt. Ltd. manufactures eco-friendly disposable tableware and food- packaging products, including paper cups, bagasse-based products, wooden cutlery and takeaway packaging. Our work supports food-service businesses with practical packaging and tableware solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Store & Procurement Executive to support timely material availability, accurate inventory control and smooth coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day store activities, including receipt, inspection, storage.
• Maintain accurate stock registers, inward/outward records, GRN entries and material
issue records in Excel/ERP.
• Raise purchase requisitions, obtain and compare supplier quotations, and assist with purchase orders.
• Monitor stock levels, identify shortages and coordinate replenishment to avoid production delays.
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing, quality,
delivery timelines, invoices and follow-ups.
• Ensure materials such as packaging inputs, raw materials, consumables and finished goods are stored and handled properly.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile differences with system records.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Accounts and Logistics teams for material planning and documentation.
• Maintain organised records for purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, supplier details and stock reports.
• Follow company procedures for safety, housekeeping, FIFO/FEFO where applicable,
and cost control.
Eligibility & Required Experience
• Graduate or diploma holder; candidates with relevant Stores, Materials Management or Procurement training will be preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in stores, purchase or procurement.
