Role Description The Accountant will manage the day-to-day financial operations of the patisserie, including bookkeeping, recording transactions, and maintaining accurate ledgers. This full time, on-site role in Hyderabad includes preparing and reviewing invoices, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank and cash accounts. The Accountant will assist with budgeting, cost tracking for ingredients and supplies, and analysis of sales and expenses to support management decisions. Responsibilities also include preparing periodic financial reports,



supporting tax and regulatory compliance, and coordinating with external auditors or consultants as needed. The role requires close collaboration with the operations and management teams to ensure timely, reliable financial information and strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Zoho Books

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books.
• Record purchases, expenses, vendor bills, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate ledgers, bank accounts, receivables, and payables.
• Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure correct GST classification, input tax credit recording, and TDS accounting.
• Assist with monthly financial closing, reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain accurate supporting documentation and audit trails.

2. POS & ERP Reconciliation
• Reconcile daily sales reports from Petpooja against actual payment
