Role Description The Associate will be responsible for supporting senior lawyers with legal research, drafting, and case preparation in a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. Day-to-day tasks include drafting legal documents and correspondence, preparing case files, reviewing contracts and other legal materials, and assisting in court hearings or client meetings as required. The Associate will coordinate with internal team members to ensure deadlines are met and documentation is accurate and complete.



The role also involves maintaining organized records, staying updated on relevant laws and regulations, and contributing to the firm’s overall case strategy and client service.
Qualifications

• Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and regulations.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, notices, and legal opinions.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution; enrollment with a Bar Council is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Patna and maintain high ethical standards.
