We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage existing customer relationships, drive product adoption, maximize customer retention, and identify opportunities for account growth and revenue expansion.
Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will own the post-sales relationship with assigned customers, ensuring they achieve measurable value from We360.ai. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs, drive product adoption, manage renewals, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.




The ideal candidate should have strong relationship management, communication, negotiation, and commercial skills, along with experience in B2B SaaS account management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management & Customer Relationships
• Manage a portfolio of existing customers and build long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Understand customer business objectives, challenges, and workforce management requirements.
• Conduct regular account review meetings to assess satisfaction, product usage, and business outcomes.
• Build robust relationships with decision-makers, HR leaders, IT teams, operations heads, and senior management.

2. Customer Retention & Renewals
• Drive customer retention and minimize churn across assigned accounts.
• Proactively identify at-risk accounts and develop action plans to address customer concerns.
