Role Description The Customer Service Executive internship is an on-site role based in Nashik. This role involves handling customer inquiries across various channels, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for guests of the cloud kitchen, café, and MithaLite brand. Interns will assist in order management,



coordinate with kitchen and café teams, track customer feedback, and support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on escalated concerns, and supporting customer service processes as directed by supervisors. The role also involves sharing insights from customer interactions to help enhance service quality and brand loyalty.
