About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Sales & Business Development to lead Evol’s sales organisation and build commercially sustainable routes to growth.
You will own sales performance, realised margins, client relationships and commercial expansion across existing stores and assigned channels. Your mandate includes strengthening our Hyderabad and Bengaluru stores, developing shop-in-shop and hotel boutique partnerships, driving exhibition sales and evaluating opportunities in selected international markets.
Working closely with the founders and other department heads, you will translate growth ambitions into sales plans, qualified opportunities and accountable execution. You will build the team, processes and partner relationships needed to deliver a consistent luxury buying experience as Evol expands.
Key Responsibilities
• Own sales performance: Develop and deliver annual, quarterly and monthly plans by store, channel and product category. Take accountability for net sales, realised gross profit, discount discipline and timely collections.




• Improve store and channel productivity: Lead performance reviews, staffing plans and corrective actions across stores and assisted digital selling. Improve consultation quality, conversion and team productivity while protecting customer experience.
• Build lasting client relationships: Establish standards for personalised consultations, client portfolios, follow-ups, referrals and occasion-led engagement. Ensure accurate communication of product specifications and approved service commitments.
• Establish sales discipline: Implement explicit processes for enquiry allocation, response times, appointments, quotations and closure. Maintain reliable CRM records, forecasts and lost-sale analysis, working with Marketing to improve demand quality and conversion.
