Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales role based in Lucknow. The Field Sales professional will visit potential and existing customers to explain rooftop solar solutions, conduct site assessments, and prepare basic proposals in coordination with the technical team. Daily responsibilities include identifying recent leads, following up on inquiries,



conducting product demonstrations, and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of visits and sales activities, collaborating with operations for smooth installation, and representing the company’s brand and values in the field.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse customers and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities, convert prospects, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Sales Operations skills to manage pipelines, track activities, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Knowledge of solar energy or renewable energy products is highly beneficial.
• Ability to travel locally within Lucknow and nearby areas, with a valid two-wheeler license preferred.
