Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Event Operations Executive to support event planning, production, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of event production, valuable coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and executing corporate events, brand activations, and experiential events.
• Coordinate with vendors for fabrication, stage setup, branding, décor, sound, lighting, AV, logistics, and manpower.
• Support the preparation of event budgets, cost sheets, quotations, and expense reports.
• Conduct market research to source materials, props, vendors, and cost-effective production solutions.
• Coordinate with creative and client servicing teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Monitor on-ground setup, timelines, quality,



and last-minute requirements during events.
• Maintain vendor databases, production records, and post-event documentation.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in event operations, production, or event execution.
• Basic understanding of fabrication, stage design, branding, décor, and AV setups.
• Good coordination, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel for cost sheets and budgeting.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights during events.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Existing vendor contacts across NCR will be an advantage.
