Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical E-commerce Marketplace Finance & MIS Executive to manage the day-to-day financial reporting, payment reconciliation, GST compliance and profitability tracking of our Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
The candidate will be responsible for downloading and analysing marketplace reports, tracking payments and deductions, reconciling orders with settlements and bank credits,



preparing GST data and returns, monitoring marketplace-related tax issues, and generating accurate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub, solid Excel skills and a good understanding of GST, accounting and e-commerce marketplace transactions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Payment & Settlement Reconciliation
• Manage daily financial activities across Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Download, maintain and analyse payment, settlement, sales, returns, fee and transaction reports.
• Reconcile marketplace sales with settlement reports, bank credits and accounting records.
• Track pending settlements, payment delays, short credits, deductions, refunds, chargebacks and other financial discrepancies.
