Role OverviewWe are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience to generate qualified leads, promote our products, and convert opportunities into paying customers. You will work closely with the founder and product team to strengthen our market presence and drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Work On• Identify potential customers through research, LinkedIn, and networking
• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and digital campaigns
• Create content for social media, email campaigns, and sales presentations
• Understand customer needs and conduct product demonstrations
• Manage follow-ups, trials, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures
• Maintain CRM records and track sales and campaign performance
• Share customer feedback and coordinate smooth onboarding
• Work towards agreed lead generation and revenue targets





What We’re Looking For• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and customer follow-ups
• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and digital marketing
• Ability to explain software products and their business value clearly
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Strong ownership, organisation, and a results-oriented approach

Bonus Points If You• Have experience in B2B SaaS or software sales
• Have worked in an early-stage startup
• Have used LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, or email marketing tools
• Can demonstrate measurable sales or campaign results
