Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven Global Business Development Manager with hands-on experience and knowledge of Zoho products and solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying global business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales of Zoho-based solutions across international markets.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop current business opportunities in India and international markets.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and other channels.
• Understand Zoho products, applications, and business solutions to effectively pitch them to potential clients.
• Promote Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and other relevant Zoho solutions based on client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sales discussions.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations,



and presentations.
• Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to understand client requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Achieve business development targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of Zoho products and solutions is mandatory.
• Understanding of Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and other Zoho business applications.
• Experience in international sales or global client handling will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
