Position Overview

An Accounts Payable (AP) Executive is responsible for managing the company's outgoing payments and ensuring vendors, suppliers, and service providers are paid accurately and on time. This role supports the finance department by maintaining solid financial controls, verifying invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Match invoices with purchase orders (POs) and goods receipt notes (GRNs).
• Perform vendor statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.




• Prepare and process vendor payments as per agreed payment terms.
• Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documents.
• Respond to vendor queries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
• Assist with month-end closing, AP aging reports, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, tax requirements, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and other departments to resolve invoice issues.
• Support audits by providing required invoices, payment records, and documentation.
